3 Day Self Leadership Retreat

Research tells us that three days immersed in nature and without digital devices lowers your cortisol by 16% and increases creative problem solving by 50%.

Overview

  • Adaptive leadership
  • Wellbeing
  • Career navigation

A 3-day, fully-inclusive premium ‘self-leadership’ retreat specifically designed for professionals in a demanding role with a high-performance culture, dealing with constant change and ambiguity. You’ll be immersed in nature, with personal space and time, and have the rare opportunity to take quality ‘time-out’ to stand on the balcony of your own life.

It takes place ‘away from it all’ on a private property of pristine tall Otways forest and includes daily workshops and group coaching on executive wellbeing, adaptability, performance energy, career navigation and leadership, as well as post-program coaching to keep you on track after the retreat.

This program is open to the public and also available for in-house group retreats.

Who is it for

High performing professional people operating in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environments, looking to tap their potential who also battle with a common conundrum:  “I need life-work balance AND to make the most of my energy and time.”

You want to recalibrate, whilst being more adaptive in the face of what life and work demands of you. You want to rediscover your sense of purpose and align your career, to thrive now in your professional and personal life.

You want someone to take care of the logistics and facilitate the process so that you can focus on learning and growth and your professional journey.

Your organisation is probably working on making your work demands more balanced, but that may take time. In the meantime, its widely understood how important wellbeing, adaptive capabilities, learning and growth and a meaningful career path help in the face of such demands.

“The critical benefit for our team was to re-connect away from the office environment and day to day grind, to re-establish our vison and purpose both in a business and personal sense.  The element of being in nature significantly enhanced the experience. Highly Recommend. Thanks Janet & Tom.”
